目的：
Purpose:
建立一支高效的保洁队伍，明确保洁各岗位职责，确保对保洁、消杀、泳池、绿化、家政、会所人员的管理，保证服务质量。
Establish an efficient cleaning team, clarify the responsibilities of each cleaning post, ensure the management of cleaning, disinfection and sterilization, swimming pool, greening, housekeeping and club personnel, and ensure the quality of service.
保洁工作内容：
Cleaning work content:
环境卫生管理：如地面、公共设施、办公场所、样板房、接待厅、洗手间等公共场所的清洁和收倒垃圾，以及环境消杀和有效制止违反公共环境、公共秩序的行为。
Environmental health management: cleaning and garbage collection of public places such as ground, public facilities, office space, model room, reception hall, toilet, etc., as well as environmental disinfection and sterilization and effectively stopping acts against public environment and public order.
园林绿化管理：绿化养护、绿化种植、绿化改造、绿化植物消杀等。
Landscaping management: greening maintenance, greening planting, greening transformation, greening plant disinfection and sterilization, etc.
会所管理：会所设施、会所服务、泳池设备的使用和清洁、水质清洁和救生管理等。
Club management: club facilities, club services, use and cleaning of swimming pool equipment, water quality cleaning and lifesaving management.
家政服务管理：日常清洁、清理物品、绿化养护、地板打蜡、特约服务、外包服务等。
Housekeeping service management: daily cleaning, cleaning, greening maintenance, floor waxing, special services, outsourcing services, etc.
一、保洁主管岗位职责
1、 Post responsibilities of cleaning supervisor
1、负责保洁工作的全面督导、检查，每周巡视纤维 驱鸟设备 保定通风管道 塑料土工格栅 检查井模具 流水槽模具 锻造厂家 华尔街铜牛各岗位工作情况。
1. Be responsible for the overall supervision and inspection of the cleaning work, and patrol the work of each post every week.
2、负责保洁岗位的合理设置，并制定保洁各岗位的工作职责。
2. Be responsible for the reasonable setting of cleaning posts, and formulate the job responsibilities of each cleaning post.
3、负责审查保洁工作细则，制定及落实保洁管理规章制度。
3. Review the cleaning work rules, formulate and implement the cleaning management rules and regulations.
4、负责制定保洁月工作计划，并检查其落实情况。
4. Formulate monthly cleaning work plan and check its implementation.
